I was really wishing I had one when I found an altoid tin like
letterbox and it was rusted shut last night!! :-)

This reminds me of something strange that happened late Spring.

I went to check one of the boxes. It was crushed. Very much crushed. It
looked like it had been hit with a sledge hammer.

Inside the logbook, the last stamper had written that they were very sorry
but they hadn't been able to get the box open and thus had taken "extreme
measures." The only extreme measures that I could see fitting the situation
was that they had either run over the box with their car or they had met
Sasquatch along the trail and asked him for some assistance and he stomped
on it for them.

This happened to me over winter. I had put a series in candle tins.
Rusted shut. Had to go home and get the pliers, hammer and screwdriver.
Got them open and replaced in rust-proof containers.

Maybe WD-40 needs to be one of the top 10 things for a boxing backpack.

Along with the duct tape - you can fix or loosen anything!
